- System Malfunctions: Bets placed during a system malfunction or technical error are voided, and stakes are returned.

Betting Limits
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market may have a minimum and maximum stake amount. These limits vary depending on the sport, event, or market and are subject to change.
- Payout Limits: Maximum payouts per bet or event are capped. These limits are clearly stated on the bet slip or in the relevant betting section. If a bet's potential payout exceeds these limits, the excess amount will not be paid.

- Poker (Casino Poker Games): Each poker variant has specific rules detailed in the game’s help section. For any discrepancies or malfunctions, the game is voided.
Live Casino Rules

- Bet Timing: Bets must be placed within the designated time frame for each round. Bets placed after the timer ends will not be accepted.
- Technical Issues: In case of a technical issue affecting the game, such as video stream failure, bets are voided and stakes are returned.

- Payout Limits: Maximum payout amounts are capped for some games. These limits are displayed in the game rules section.
Malfunctions and Errors
- Malfunction Void: If a game malfunctions, all related bets are void, and stakes are returned. This applies to both RNG (Random Number Generator) and live dealer games.
- Dealer Errors: If a dealer error occurs that affects the game outcome (e.g., dealing errors), the round may be voided, and all bets refunded.
House Edge and Fair Play
- House Edge Disclosure: Each game is designed with a specific house edge. Information about the house edge is available within the game help section to promote fair play.
- Random Number Generator (RNG): All digital games operate with a certified RNG to ensure randomness and fairness. BetAdrian complies with industry standards to maintain a fair gaming environment.
Betting During Events
- Overview: In-play betting allows users to place bets on events while they are happening. Odds are continuously updated based on the real-time progress of the event.
- Availability: In-play betting is available for a variety of sports, including football, tennis, basketball, and more. Not all events will be available for in-play betting, and markets can be opened or closed at BetAdrian’s discretion.
- Bet Placement: Bets are accepted when the "Bet Confirmed" message appears. If odds change before confirmation, you may need to accept the new odds or re-submit your bet.
- Delays and Suspensions: There may be a slight delay between placing your bet and confirmation due to the real-time nature of in-play betting. Markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments (e.g., goals, penalties, timeouts) to ensure fairness.
Market Suspension
- Temporary Suspension: Markets may be suspended at any time during an event, particularly during crucial moments like goals, penalties, or injuries. During suspension, no bets can be placed or cashed out.
- Full Suspension: If a market is fully suspended, all pending bets are voided, and stakes are returned. This may occur in the case of a technical error or if the event is interrupted.
Bet Settlement in In-Play
- Immediate Settlement: Some in-play bets, such as those on the next point in tennis or the next goal in football, are settled immediately once the relevant action occurs.
- Final Result Settlement: Bets on the overall outcome of the event (e.g., match result, total goals) are settled once the event concludes based on the official result.
- Odds Errors: In the event of an obvious odds error during in-play betting, BetAdrian reserves the right to void the affected bets or settle them at the correct odds.
Live Stream Delays
- Time Lag: If you are watching a live stream on BetAdrian, please be aware that the feed may be slightly delayed compared to real-time action. This delay can affect the accuracy of in-play odds.
- Responsibility: Users are responsible for acknowledging these potential delays and understanding how they may impact their betting decisions.
Cash-Out Feature
- Availability: The Cash-Out feature allows you to settle your bet before the event concludes. The availability of Cash-Out is not guaranteed and depends on market conditions and event status.
- Partial Cash-Out: For some markets, a partial Cash-Out option may be available, allowing you to take a portion of your winnings while keeping the rest of your bet active.
Official Results
- Primary Source: All bets are settled based on official results provided by the event’s governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). The result as declared at the end of the event is considered final for settlement purposes.
- Result Changes: Any subsequent changes to the official result after the event concludes, such as disciplinary actions or appeals, will not affect settled bets.
Payout Time
- Immediate Payouts: Most winning bets are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation of the result. This applies to most markets, including in-play and standard pre-match bets.
- Delayed Payouts: In some cases, such as controversial results or disputes, payouts may be delayed until the official outcome is fully verified.
- Account Credits: Winnings are automatically added to your account balance. It is your responsibility to verify that winnings have been correctly credited.
Disputes and Errors
- Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact BetAdrian’s customer support team within 14 days of the event’s conclusion. Include the bet details and any relevant evidence for review.
- Settling Errors: If a bet is settled incorrectly due to an error (e.g., incorrect score input), BetAdrian reserves the right to adjust the settlement to reflect the correct result.
- Reversed Bets: In rare cases where a significant error affects bet settlement, such as incorrect odds or market misclassification, BetAdrian may reverse the bet and refund the stake.
Void Bets
- Definition of Void: A bet that is void is treated as though it never occurred. The stake is returned to the account, and no winnings are paid.
- Conditions for Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases of match cancellations, abandoned events, technical malfunctions, or incorrect odds postings.
- Partial Voids: If part of an accumulator bet involves a void selection, the remaining selections will still stand, and the bet will be settled at adjusted odds.
Postponed and Abandoned Events
- Postponed Events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets stand. If not rescheduled within this period, all bets are void.
- Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned and not completed within 48 hours, all bets are void unless a market outcome has already been determined (e.g., First Goal Scorer).
Special Cases
- Disqualifications: In sports where disqualification is possible (e.g., motorsports, athletics), the disqualified participant will be considered a loser for betting purposes, and bets will be settled accordingly.
- Dead Heat Rules: If a market results in a dead heat (tie), stakes are divided proportionally among the winners, and payouts are adjusted accordingly.
Abandoned Events
- Definition: An event is considered abandoned if it starts but is not completed within the designated time frame, usually 48 hours from the scheduled start time.
- Bet Settlement: All bets placed on an abandoned event are void unless the market outcome has already been determined at the time of abandonment (e.g., first goalscorer, total points).

- Venue Changes: If an event is postponed due to a venue change but is played within the original 48-hour window, all bets stand unless the new venue significantly alters the expected outcome (e.g., moving from home ground to neutral territory).
Canceled Events
- No Rescheduling: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
- Specific Markets: Certain markets, such as player performance or first occurrence bets, may be settled if the outcome has already occurred before cancellation.
- Tournament Cancellations: If an entire tournament or league is canceled, all bets related to that tournament are void unless specifically stated otherwise.
Specific Sports Rules
- Football (Soccer): Matches must be completed within 48 hours for bets to stand. If a match is abandoned during extra time or penalties, bets on those markets are void.
- Tennis: If a player withdraws before the match starts, all bets are void. If a player retires during a match, bets are settled based on completed sets.
- Horse Racing: If a race is abandoned, all bets are void, including ante-post bets unless the governing body declares otherwise.
